What does a lawyer need to relearn in the age of AI?
As technology changes the way legal work is done, the question is no longer only what lawyers need to know, but how they develop the judgement to know what is right, what should be delegated, and what should remain human.
This session brings together two perspectives: the university that trains future lawyers and the law firm that hires, challenges and serves clients with them.
The discussion will explore how to build legal judgement when AI can draft the first answer, and what happens to reasoning, ethics and critical thinking as technology takes on more of the work.
